Share your care plan easily with health professionals
Once you have completed your care plan in the KareHero App, you can download to print or share it digitally with health professionals or family members. This ensures the relevant people supporting your loved one are aware of their exact care needs, and ensures you can find the right kind of professional care to suit those needs.
1. To share your care plan, head over to your Care Plan in the app and click "Print Care Plan"
2. This will generate a PDF version of your Care Plan 
3. If you want to print this to a connected printer, you can right click on the PDF document to print. If you want to share it onwards digitally, you can download the file to you device and send via email, Whatsapp or another channel of your choice.
