1. How can the KareHero App support me?
 If you are looking after an elderly parent, or a loved one with long term illness or disability, you are a family caregiver.
KareHero is here to support you no matter where you are in your caregiving journey. With information at your fingertips and access to care experts in an instant, KareHero saves you time, stress and money.
 
2. I have a question about care, who can I ask?
 No problem! We have a team of friendly, UK-based care experts who can support you with any questions you have about care. They are available to chat to online, or speak on the phone, between 9-5pm weekdays - just head over to the Help tab to get in touch.
 
3. I have a technical issue, what should I do?
We’ll look to resolve your issue as quick as possible. Head over to the Help tab and tell us your issue via the live chat - we’ll get the tech team on a solution asap.
 
4. Who made the KareHero App?
A team of passionate care experts, business entrepreneurs, developers and designers - many of who are caregivers themselves.
 
5. How long do I have access to the KareHero App for?
You have been given access to the KareHero App by one of KareHero's selected partners. Your access will continue according to the access type you have been provided.
 
6. Can family members and friends use the service?
Yes absolutely, whenever you book a call with our Care Expert team, you have the option to invite further guests to the call. You can invite anyone else who you think would be relevant on the call.
 
7. I have feedback about the app, where can I share it?
Great! We love hearing feedback. You can either head over to Help and share your feedback in our live chat, or you can email us on support@karehero.com.
